1. Booking & Payment Policy

• Booking will be confirmed only after receiving advance payment (30% to 50% of total package cost).
• Remaining payment must be paid before trip starts or on arrival as discussed with our executive.

• Payment can be done via UPI, Bank Transfer, or other methods provided by us.
• Package price may change during peak season (Dec-Jan, May-June) & long weekends

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 15 days before trip: 90% refund.
• Cancellation 7-14 days before trip: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 7 days or No Show: No refund
• Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• Volvo Bus / Train tickets are non-refundable once booked.
• In case of bad weather, landslide, or natural calamity, we will try to provide alternative or postpone, but no refund will be provided.

3. Hotel & Check-in Policy

• Standard Hotel Check-in: 12 PM & Check-out: 10 AM – 11 AM.
• Room will be allotted as per availability. View / Floor is subject to availability.
• Extra person / extra bed charges will be extra.
• Any damage to hotel property by customer will be paid directly by customer.

4. Volvo / Cab / Sightseeing Policy

• AC will not work on hills as per Hill Station Rules.
• Volvo seats are allotted by bus operator, we are not responsible for seat numbers.
• For Rohtang Pass / Solang Valley, vehicle will go up to the point allowed by Administration / Green Tribunal.
• Adventure activities like Rafting, Paragliding are subject to weather and govt. permission. Company is not responsible if activity is closed.

5. Our Responsibilities

• CustomizePkg.com is a tour organizer & facilitator. We have tie-ups with hotels and transporters.
• We are not responsible for any accident, theft, loss of luggage, or natural calamity during the tour.
• Customer is responsible for their own safety during adventure activities like River Rafting, Camping, Trekking.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer must carry valid Govt. ID proof (Aadhar Card) for all travelers.
• Customer must provide correct information during booking. Any wrong information, company is not responsible.
• Misbehaviour, abusive language with driver / hotel staff will lead to termination of tour without refund.
